We're Hiring: Venue Manager

Husk Distillers is on the hunt for a highly experienced and passionate venue manager ahead of the opening of our new cellar door, cafe and tasting bar later this year.

Husk Distillers mission is to provide the public with experiential education on the production and enjoyment of rum and gin and this newly created position will play a critical role.

The chosen candidate will be responsible for preparing and co-ordinating the successful opening, smooth operation and ongoing growth of the hospitality functions of our business whilst maintaining a positive contribution to the profitability of the business.

The emphasis is on customer satisfaction, striving towards better standards of service, implementing and training in product knowledge, improved systems and procedures and building and retaining a world class service team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a proven hospitality professional ready to take on their next challenge.

This role demands a hands-on approach to service ensuring the smooth running of the venue – both front and back of house operations.

The right person will be responsible for daily operations including co-ordination of distillery tours, quality control, compliance, training, financial administration, stock control and purchasing.
