For the last week on the North Coast, the mercury’s been dropping at a ~chilling~ rate. Sadly, we can’t change that, but we can warm you up from the inside out with some good news…
THE BAM IS BACK!
Our most sought-after rum is back. On this release, we’ve stayed true to our conviction that a good spiced rum must start with a good rum. From humble origins of 6 virgin American oak barrels from the 2014 harvest, the four-year-old Agricole underwent three months of infusion with whole botanicals and spices – you know the story by now.
The fertile land of the Tweed Valley is a long-term home to many indigenous plants including a couple of Bam Bam’s main players. Wattleseed from local Acacia trees is lightly roasted before being added to the infusion, along with the root of native ginger, long a part of the local indigenous diet.

45ml Spiced Bam Bam
20ml lime juice
Garnish coup glass with a sugar rim. Shake all ingredients with ice, strain into glass.
