This one’s for those who love a good time! Our all natural spiced rum is the ultimate party-starter. Good enough to sip neat, you can mix Bam Bam with pretty much anything - dry ginger ale is our favourite.

A blend of premium rum aged in small barrels, naturally infused with traditional and native botanicals. We like to keep it real on the Caldera Coast.
This all natural spiced rum has been barrel aged for a minimum of 2 years in ex-wine barrels before being naturally infused with whole native & traditional spices - roasted wattle seed, native ginger, dried orange, vanilla, cinnamon and golden berries and finished with a pinch of sea salt.

Colour: Golden
Nose: Cinnamon and orange lead into a balanced blend of ginger, raw sugar and vanilla. Hints of golden berries at the end.
Palate: In line with the nose, silky cinnamon and orange-peel notes are followed by a kick of ginger, raw sugar and vanilla goodness. Hint of tart golden berries and sea salt.
Finish: Roasted nut and coffee bean.
