The Cellar Door is the heart of Husk – a place to taste, learn and explore at your own pace.

WALK IN ANYTIME
For the curious sippers
With a drink in hand and your high-vis vest on, go behind the scenes of Australia’s first farm to bottle distillery, sampling all our spirits along the way. The perfect way to build up an appetite before lunch!
Our Tasting Trail Tour is perfect for those who want a little bit of Ink Gin and a little bit of Husk Rum. You’ll wander through the distillery over 45minutes, sampling 7+ spirit along the way.
Our Farm to Bottle Tour is totally unique. You’ll start off by making the white rum cocktail which first inspired us to make Husk Rum - the Ti Punch. Then head to the farm to cut and crush fresh sugar cane juice (adding another shot of rum for those who feel like it!) before following the production journey from farm to glass… to farm again. Finish your experience by feeding the cane tops to the friendly Husk herd of cattle.
End your Farm to Bottle Tour by feeding our ‘recycling team’ of 40 cattle.
Finish the Tasting Trail Tour with rum tasting among the barrels.

If you’re short on time, you can also do rum or gin flights at your table, and make sure you go for a walk around the farm. We have infographics around the place so you can learn more about our farm to bottle philosophy.
Hungry? Sit down for a long lunch from Planter’s Kitchen, paired with some beautiful cocktails. We also have beer and non alcoholic options available.
