Sidetrack Stone Whisky is the first-ever whisky from Husk – a wildly limited, one-time-only collaboration with our mates at Stone & Wood.

Brewed with a custom wort inspired by their iconic Stone Beer and distilled in our Scottish copper pot still, this whisky was then aged for five years in barrels that once held our award-winning cane juice rum.

The result? Rich, malty, chocolatey goodness with dried fruit, a whisper of smoke and a deep, dark finish. It’s beer meets rum meets whisky – in the best possible way.
