For long lunches & considered dining

Planter’s Kitchen is our on-farm restaurant, nestled next to the kitchen gardens of Husk Farm Distillery and overlooking our beautiful fields.

The menu celebrates seasonal, locally sourced and home-grown produce, designed for relaxed long lunches shaped by the land around us - cocktail in hand, of course.

The Lawn is our relaxed outdoor space for casual drinks set on the grass in front of the distillery.

It’s designed for easy afternoons – kids running free, lawn games to play, and friends gathering under umbrellas.

The Cellar Door is the heart of Husk – a place to taste, learn and explore at your own pace.

WALK IN ANYTIME

For the curious sippers

With a drink in hand and your high-vis vest on, go behind the scenes of Australia’s first farm to bottle distillery, sampling all our spirits along the way. The perfect way to build up an appetite before lunch!

Our Tasting Trail Tour is perfect for those who want a little bit of Ink Gin and a little bit of Husk Rum. Gin & tonic in hand, you’ll wander through the distillery over 45minutes, sampling 7+ spirit along the way. $49pp

Our Farm to Bottle Tour is totally unique. You’ll start off by making the white rum cocktail which first inspired us to make Husk Rum - the Ti Punch. Then head to the farm to cut and crush fresh sugar cane juice (adding another shot of rum for those who feel like it!) before following the production journey from farm to glass… to farm again. Enjoy a rum flight in the Barrel House, then finish your experience by feeding the sugarcane tops to our friendly Husk herd of cattle. $95pp

End your Farm to Bottle Tour by feeding our ‘recycling team’ of 40 cattle.

Finish the Tasting Trail Tour with rum tasting among the barrels.
