Name a better duo! Coconut and rum have had a centuries-old love affair including in the French Caribbean, the home of cane juice rum, where traditional coconut rum drinks are inspired by island life and good times. 

Confident that Australians too would love this iconic combo our Martinique born and bred distiller Quentin was keen to make the first Australian made coconut infused cane juice rum drink. 

As the process began there was an air of excitement in the distillery as the delicious tropical aromas of Husk-Coconut-to-be wafted out of the still house. 

After a lot team tastings which made us feel like we were on holiday, we’re ready to give you the news hot off the press:

HOW IT’S MADE

Husk Coconut starts as a premium Australian cane spirit made from 100% CANE JUICE, using single estate cane grown on our farm. It’s then reduced & infused with REAL COCONUT for up to 2 months to give it a beautiful creamy coconut flavour, before finishing it off with real vanilla to lift & complement the tropical coconut.

HOW IT TASTES

Husk Coconut is tropical and smooth, with a nutty and creamy profile. It has big coconut notes and fresh, rich, elegant grassy undertones, culminating in a satisfying finish. No need to overcomplicate it - it's simply delicious.

HOW TO DRINK IT

Mix Husk Coconut simply with pineapple juice or soda water with a squeeze of lime. You can sip it straight with an ice cube, or try it in a coconut daiquiri of mojito. The full recipes will follow soon and be included in your order…
