The Husk Rum Harvest Fest is BACK for year 4!

Dust off your boots. The fourth annual Husk Rum Harvest Fest is back, yeehaaaa!

Husk Farm Distillery, North Tumbulgum

Tickets $20 includes a Husk Rum and fresh-pressed cane juice on arrival, free rum tastings all day, and access to every masterclass. Kids & people under 18 FREE.

Live bands, fresh cane juice, killer cocktails. Part cocktail festival, part harvest fair, entirely built around the cane growing right outside the door. All the favourites return - fresh cane juicing, live music all weekend, the Cowboy Catwalk, rolling tours through the paddocks, and the gloriously undignified sugarcane javelin - and this year, we’re levelling up with some new faces.

This year our bar team have been crafting some very special, very slurpable signature Husk Rum cocktails to run from our two pop ups: The Farm Bar and The Coast Bar. Four feature spirits, four feature cocktails. You’ll want to try them all. We’ll also be pouring all your favourites of course - local beer, Ink Gin & Australian wine.

New for Vol. 4. Will & Bear, StrangeDays and Facas Medeiros are joining us for our first ever Harvest Fest market. Perfect if you need to put the finishing touch on your Cowboy Catwalk outfit... remember, there’s great prizes to be won!

Eat your way through the weekend

Our Low & Slow BBQ menu will be firing, joined this year by the Husk Harvest Deli - a collaboration with some of the region’s best producers. And Berry Babe is rolling in with real fruit ice cream, which is exactly what you'll be chasing by mid-afternoon in October.
